How Powerful would Neji be if he lived?

Neji was a complete genius he was able to learn hyuga techniques by vision alone he has the 2nd strongest view with his byakugan behind only Hiashi who greatly outlived Neji.

'Possible Powerfups:

-Wind Release - If Neji were able to learn wind release with Danzo's level of ability, imagine great wind bullets being shot at chakra points

-Senbon - If Neji were to utilize Senbon an extremely accurate weapon much more so than kunai or shuriken.

Neji could have definitely been Anbu-High Jonin-Low Kage level. He was smart, strong, and had the right qualities to be a leader.

I'd probably place him in the position Kakashi was essentially. Super valuable and every one realizes that in the village (who knows what's going on).

Neji was already jonin by the beginning of part 1. He can only go up. I'd say Kage level. He could beat Sharinganless Hokage Kakashi no diff.

He really is a jewel in Konoha's crown.
Some more Hyuuga techs could be uncovered.

But as how i see things now.
The story about the Hyuuga is closed now that NaruHina happened. Im still hoping boruto and Himawari comes to play with the Hyuuga and uzumaki lineages.
