How powerful would Nagato be if revived by Rinne Tensei?

We know when someone comes backs to life they come back without any eyes, if their eyes are being used by someone or destroyed.

Nagato wouldn’t have Rinnengan due to Madara getting his eyes back, so how powerful would Nagato be?

If he retains the enhanced chakra he likely received doe to the preta path and 7 elements then he'd still be pretty strong. Otherwise he'd be average as are most.

He'd be weak. He wouldn't have his six path of pain jutsus anymore and he might not be able to use 7 elements anymore, maybe he'll just have one. His life force will be the only thing he's got going for him.

Madara when he was revived with Rinne Tensei he had no eyes due to his eye being stored somewhere and used by Obito.

Nagato would be revived without eyes unless he can get the Rinnengan back. Madara Rinnengan looks like it reverted back to sharingan or blind so no more rinnengan.

He'd only have his mastery over the five basic elements and massive chakra to use them on a large scale since he won't be conserving chakra to use Rinnegan techniques since he won't have them anymore. His sight would be gone but that's where sensing comes in.

Honestly, I doubt he'd be top tier anymore. Mainly because he grew up learning and improving in his use of the Rinnegan for the most part.

That's what I ment. the rinnegan is part of the 6 paths transformation.

Rinnegan is primarily what made Nagato so powerful, but Nagato also made the Rinnegan powerful by creating the 6 Paths techniques exclusive to him. He'd obviously be considerably weaker without it, but he still retains his own natural abilities: best sensory skills, largest reserve of Chakra after Tailed Beasts, powerful life force and Uzumaki sealing techniques.
