Except you have, Madara's CT destroyed most of the Mist country, Bijuudama FRS are far above the size of Vatican City, Kaguya's Goudama is far, far above country level, it's above continent level going by what was said.

Juubi Laser is country level at the minimum, Flash Bijuudama, Tengai Shinsei, Repeated PS slashes, all of them are small country level.

This is just fun speculation lol. If Nagato someone who could only muster up not even half the Rinnegans full potential can take out Konoha while still having reserves left, imagine a genuine Uchiha like Madara or Sasuke with the chakra reserves he has and just goes all out.
