How can EMS have a perfect Susanoo to battle against a rikudou level justu, when they can't beat a selective few non rikudou level shinobi's?

It's clearly obvious that there is no non-rikudou level justu that can compete with Madara's chibakui tensei.

Kamui is an exception justu that can compete with the likes of kaguya if utilized in full power.
The only thing that can literally beat kamui is kamui. The best thing you can do is to out pace the caster and attack them before or after they finish using kamui.

But I'm talking non-rikudou characters that can supposedly beat Perfect Susanoo yet would not in there life time beat Rikudou madara's chibakui tensei.

DMS Kakashi had rikudou chakra too btw.

Of course Sasuke would be able to lower his swinging power to EMS Madara if he wanted to. EMS madara's shockwave slash can't break a rikudou level chibakui tensei like Rinnegan Sasuke.

Actually when CT is used, its main goal is to capture the target or confine it, and with FTG that is nearly impossible since the users can just throw their kunai as far as possible and teleport away from it making CT useless aka overpowering it. What you want is destruction, not overpowering.
