Ok so I'd he establishing how powerful the Comic version 616 silver surfer is, unlike it's movie counterpart, this version of silver surfer is extremely haxed, enough to say that he can potentially solo ur favourite characters with relative ease (well discluding omnis/nigh omnis ofc lol) other then that he's leagues above the dragon ball z/GT series in whole (don't be surprised) so yeah let me mention some of his basic abilities, and shit.
Powers/ heralds cosmic being, cosmic energy manipulation, cosmic awareness, different types of energy projection, energy absorption, time travel (even though this was done by accident a few times before though), space manipulation, regeneration (High-Mid) immortality, transmutation (can rebuilt a city or create a cube of oxygen in space, etc), limited reality warping, telepathy, telekinesis, empathy, can absorb psychokinetic energy, can drain gamma radiation, can draw power from black holes to amplify his Power Cosmic, able to travel between universes and dimensions, manipulation and creation of black holes as well as other types of gravity manipulation, can bind a being's life-force to a specific place, forcing them to stay there or die, can track teleporters, can travel into Hyperspace, can heal others and alter/mutate living beings, shapeshifting (includes such advanced applications as becoming the snow, air, and cold temperatures covering a mountain), occasionally shows limited forms of precognition and psychometry, can shrink his body or other objects to microscopic size, can absorb other beings into his board, doesn't require food, water, air, or sleep (he absorbs ambient energy), can create forcefields, illusion creation, phasing, intangibility (although this is not automatic and has to be activated), can transform himself into powerful solid energy and various other abilities.
Weakness? Other then being a fukin pacifist he's fine, rarely fights to kill.
DC/ star level+ (created a black hole before getting powered up by Galactus), more than likely a solar system buster, given feats of destroying black holes and large neutron stars.
Speed: relatavistic without his board (Mach 88,100) and massively FTL with board quantifiably billions of times faster then light.
Durability: large star to solar system level at most, routinely takes planet busting attacks, intangibility makes him hard to kill nonetheless.
XTG+ class strenght, Tenaterajoule class. Attacks range from 10 mili-Foe to 10 Foe of energy. Physical blows alone approaching or somewhat surpassing the power of a Supernova. (Wtf?)
- Time Travel: can travel backwards or forwards in time an (at least millions of years both ways). He can take other people or objects with him if they are riding his board. When traveling back in time, he can affect the past and change the course of history (which he did so against the Overlord in Silver Surfer Volume 1)
- Transmutation: can transmute matter into other states, ranging from things as simple as turning sand to gold, to restructuring complex alien weapons to emit nothing but harmless light
- Energy Manipulation: Silver Surfer can harness nearly any form of energy, from ambient heat and light, to the power of an entire star, to magic and souls, to the primordial cosmic energies of the universe itself. He can transform these energies into other types, and direct them to create many different types of effects.
Yeah so to say he's pretty ****ing strong is good enough, some of his feats from the comic version as I'll be listing and showing below.
