Who knows what his best sousaphone can do.
OP jutsu like amaterasu seem to have limits we don't know about.
We know he can use genjutsu but we don't know how strong.
We don't know how much endurance he has since he gets chakra from karin and naruto.
Just like Naruto his techniques' power are largely dictated by plot so debating can never have a clear winner.
