Well if it is the normal mokuton clone we have seen in manga then all the people in list beat him. If he has half the power and durability of the original as most people are suggesting here then only a few will beat him. Though i doubt that, a clone is a clone. Despite it having half the user's chakra, it hasn't been shown to be anywhere near the power of original other than may be madara's in edo. And even then they couldn't go beyond legged susano with infinite chakra.
