I'm fairly certain that there'd have to be a little bit of rikkudo chakra in that attack, because if we were seriously treating this as base power, RSM Naruto with Ashura Avatar would be even more absurd that it already is, and would possibly make Naruto Hagoromo-tier.(though, again, I do not think this is accurately Naruto's base power, so I don't think this is the case)

Naruto and Sasuke both got stronger because they actually had more time after the war to train their abilities that they gained during the war and it has been a few years before Naruto became Hokage, so he still had time to improve his abilities. Seeing as Naruto and Sasuke fought equally against the FV in the movie, I say that they are close in strength.

RSM Naruto is stronger than Sasuke, but he won't be using the other bijuus power anymore. He only needed to get the bijuu out of Juubito and Kaguya. After that he only used Kurama because he shouldn't always have to rely on that power, so he improve BSM.

Nope Rasengan did what it was suppose to do which is destruction. Chidori is piercing which it did. Jiraiya and kakashi said that was to much for them at that age. Kakashi said they would have killed each other using that at that time. Manga > you. Rooftop fight been debunked for a long time.
