it might be like sakura fist . i think it conserve chakra in form of lion and when you release it . it increase the surface pressure of the user Punch like sakura

This, the Byakugan users attack style is to go after the internal organs so it was most likely a powerd-up Hinata style version

if it's juuken it's probably very powerful. internal organ damage is really deadly, pity we didn't see more of neji in shippuden

We still have no clue...there are two plausible answers.
1. Falcon Punch: meaning it works like Sakura and Tsunade's enhanced punch style
2. Gentle Fist: Working in standard Hyuga fashion, Twin Lion Fists just absolutely destroys what ever it hits on the inside....when an EMP goes off any electronics in range are just fried, wrecked, useless.....that would be exactly what the internal organs and chakra network of where she hit would be. Probably would kill if you hit the right organ(s)
