Both Iruka and Ebisu are jounin level ninjas actually. Probably low level jounins, but jounins nonetheless. So you are thinking that someone is gonna say that Kiba is a low jounin level without akamaru?

If you haven't noticed most jonin are lousy ,as they can easily be killed by a zestu with no tricks up there sleeves..
Hah remember how gara trolled them in part1? The only powerful jonin you really see are kids , and I believe any weak fodder side char can solo 100 jonin as long as hey aren't any side char oh and ebisu and iruka excluded XD

Iruka and Ebisu aren't jounins. Iruka is a chunin and Ebisu is a tokubetsu jounin which is close to jounin but not quite there yet so his high chunin level.

Iruka has been asked before to become a jounin but he declined and chose to stay at the academy. A tokubetsu jounin is practically a very high level chuunin with jounin skills in one area, so, I guess it could be interchangeable, but still. The point is that someone would want to put Kiba as between that level without Akamaru?

no one has seen him fight without him, so no one can say what he is capable of. remember if people don't see action in this place, then they think they are useless. example, tsuande, yet she is hokage. its all about fanboyism
