well look at jiraya , he din't have a bijou sealed in his body , yet he was powerful enough to be on kage level , maybe kakashi can get to that level ( Btw i'm not a kakashi fan )

Well, sure.
If he carries on like this he will probably have a steady growth of power, but nothing more than a little increase in his chakra reserves and maybe better control over Kamui (if that is possible).

What I meant was that he probably isn't getting any more 1HKO power ups. His growth from now on won't change much.

Nah, Kakashi is pretty much done developing. He's in his 30s now, he's in his prime. He's reached near "mid kage" on a tier list, IMO, given his stamina increase. No room for him to grow any further.
