1. I think that the only way to survive it unless you're someone like Madara is to just dodge it. Like mega jump. But I'm not sure of how many characters are fast enough to do that. Ya'know?

2. I, personally, cannot survive eating sunflower seeds without dying. (I'm allergic, and I'll stop breathing) But I think that someone like the previous Raikage might be able to. But only if their defense is their specialty.

You can't block it
It distorts the space in front of it making it the only space time taijustu technique ever seen.
Surviving is simply out of the option unless you can regenerate as the pure psychical power is outmatched
