It was blocked and overcame with Kusanagi, yet the latter couldn't land a scratch on V2 Four-Tailed Naruto.

I don't believe it's a weapon meant for piercing. It's a blunt weapon. The real power comes from a swing with it. Here you can see Enma easily knock off Kusangi from Orochimaru.

This isn't about piercing power.. Enma isn't a piercing weapon, or at least we haven't seen that form...

It's blunt, and by the feats it has shown in the manga, it would break the majority of your bones in your body with one direct hit
One hit kill depending on where it gets you

Cutting the Shinju branches is a feat achieved by the fodder.

hiruzen does not have power for that but technically yes. if tsunade did it why not

thats not true since emma stated that orochimaru's ethereal kusanagi sword hurts him when he hits it, so no matter the user emma is going to hit as hard as it can but what makes emma unique is its ability to transform back and forth into himself and the diamond staff, and emma is the only summon that can use kage bushin, plus emma can virtually outmatch anyone in taijutsu and emma alter its size and length and even while in its staff shape emma can still use a body part to attack u like he did oro

I am willing to bet enma could have the potential to kill in one blow. It is diamond hard and anything with the force to break even normal tree branches can probably break a bone.
