How powerful exactly was Hamura?

We all know Hamura right? Kaguya's son, hagoromo's brother, the moon man, etc. However; Hamura doesn't exactly sound all too equal with his brother. I know some people claim that they are equal but I don't see it, the tenseigan is inferior to the rinnegan due to the fact that the tenseigan appears to be a natural evolution of the byakugan while the rinnegan stems from the ultimate dojutsu, the rinne sharnningan, making it more pretentious. that doesn't mean that the Tenseigan is weak though. Hamura apperently acquired his mother's powerful chakra (sounds like someone we know) so his chakra levels should be abnormally high but Hamura doesn't seem as impressive as his brother. even when we didn't know the sage at least he seemed vastly impressive. However, Hamura did seal the the juubi alongside his big brother so he's pretty tough but the chakra he gave to hinata was sub-par it didn't give her any huge boosts just the power to affect the tenseigan machine and become immune to the tenseigan's absorption properties (she still got placed in solo cage though). While Hagoromo gave more noticeable power feats, showing an even further gap in their power so just how strong is Hamura OOotsutsuki

His tensiegan would shit in toneri's and if toneri could move the moon and destoy the earth then hamura's tenseigan is probably jus as potent as hagos rinnegan.

Imagine all toneri's feats if he had hagoromos full chakra , thats how strong strong hamura was , plus some unknown hidden powers he most likely had.

So in the end stronger than naruto/ashura (half if hago ) , sasuke/indra(half of hago ) , juubito/jj madz and equal to hago no jin , but still way weaker than kaguya.
