How possible would it be for Neji to open the 3rd gate?..Read plz

Now with all the so called ass-pulling power ups thats been happening,how strong would a gated neji become?..we saw that he couldnt learn the primary lotus as a destiny driven kid..but changing his views on things ,years of training with lee/gai and not to mention the hyuuga can increase there chakra flow by hiting there own points similar to how gai opened the gate of death..so with that in mind,would it be possible? or regarded as major ass-pull no jutsu

alot of people are dead my friend..i was under the impression when i joined this site that we could freely discuss ideas and possible abilities for characters even if they are 'dead'..
