I think it's possible. The Rinnegan grants access to all elements, Sasuke received those cells from Kabuto, and a major part of Sasuke's character is obtaining power through overwhelming ninjutsu (as opposed to guts / perseverance). Currently, Naruto seems to have more versatility in battle than Sasuke.

I don't know really. Having Hashirama's cells doesn't always guarantee the use of Mokuton. But it's not impossible.
