[Theory] how Parasite works

this was bothering me all the time . first i thought he is wrapping his strings around the victim then controll the victim but in many panels it`s only one string to the back of the head is what controls the victim and ofc one string cant be wrapped around many limbs plus if it`s like that someone physically stronger than doflamingo should be fine but even jozu couldnt resist it so that is wrong

so how it works ? the answer is nervous system

the move`s secret is in it`s name "parasite" i didnt know what it means first cause english isnt my original language "which is obvious cause my english sucks xD" but after watching an anime that has the same name i wanted to know what does the name mean and it all made perfect sense

so in the anime "spoiler alert" those creatures enter the human body and head in to the brain to eat it and gain controll over the body which is the same as doflamingo`s string exept in doflamingo`s case his string dsnt target the brain it targets the "Spinal cord" which - for who dont know - is responsible of controlling the " nervous system " by sending signals form/to the brain. for example if you want to move your arm your brain sends the signal through the "Spinal cord" to the arm .
the "spinal cord" in human body is placed exactly in where doflamingo`s string hits the victim (back of the head)

so after dofla`s string hits the "spinal cord" it works like an extra nerve "the parasite " which makes doflaming`s nervous system connected to the victim`s allowing him to gain controll over the victim`s nervous system and ofc that means controlling the body and no matter how powerfull the victim is he cant overpower it cause it`s about nerves not muscles (jozu).

i was thinking of this along time but the idea of the string working like a nerve seemed weird to me but after seeing the mofo repairing his body with his strings it dsnt look that weird now .

That explanation is nice and all, but honestly said you really don't need to think about such stuff like this that much.

DD ate the String String fruit, he is a stringman. This allows him to control other people with strings like a puppeteer. That's it. You really do not need all that stuff about the spinal cord and whatnot as his strings allow him to control people. That's an explanation that suffices for OP.

Also the Birdcage and the way how he controlled Diamond Jose are two different techs. With the Birdcage he controls countless of people with one string for each person, while with Diamond Jose he potentially uses multiple ones.

yeah even part of me thinks oda didnt go that deep but you know things were too connected for me to ignore

i dont know a bout jozu cause oda didnt show how many strings were controlling him the only time we saw it it was only one string so i was kinda Inductive here

As said before you are simply thinking way too much about this rather than Oda not going deep enough.

Oda showed no strings ever till DD had a skirmish with Aokiji, but again as a puppeteer it can be easily assumed he is using more strings. He also always makes some kind of weird movement with his hand whenever he's going to control one or two individuals, which he doesn't do with the birdcage.

It's just Doffy attaching strings to their limbs and controlling them all like puppets.
