How painful would this be?

So a couple days ago I was absentmindely nibbling (nibbling isn't a great description, but I can't think of a better word) at the inner front wall of my mouth. I know this may sound really weird, but I think the sensation feels good. However... the sore that developed there does not. I was pondering ways to help it heal when I came across a fresh, new bottle of extra-alcohol mouthwash in my parents bathroom. So if I were to, say, swish a generous amount of the stuff around my mouth, exactly... exactly how loud would the resulting screams be? My aforementioned parents are still sleeping.
