How Orochimaru Obtained Mitsuki

The premise of my theory is from the fact that Orochimaru was known to abduct children from Konoha and experiment on them (Yamato for example). Now onward, at the end of last year's Gaiden, we saw Kabuto tell the Shins that they are welcome in his orphanage and can call him father. Orochimaru has connections with Kabuto so perhaps...

1. Orochimaru abducted a child (Mitsuki) from Kabuto's orphanage (and Kabuto let him).
2. He experimented on this child (that explains the current spoiler scans)
3. He did all this away from Konoha (that explains why he had his hideaway away from Konoha and why Naruto or Sasuke never knew about Shin- Oro's creation)

This would mean he's partly back to his old ways, a sort of villainous figure. So there's the possibility he could be the final villain in Boruto. What do you guys think?

I don't think Kabuto would just let this happen, honestly. It would fly in the face of his development in War Arc.

I think it's probably likely that Mitsuki was some sick kid that Orochimaru cured (in exchange for some kind of experimentation, maybe), explaining why Mitsuki sings his praise. Like a healthier Kimimaro.

In which case, he might still be from the orphanage, but Orochimaru's actions would be less malevolent.

I don't think Oro will go back to being a real villain. I'm guessing Mitsuki is either a test tube baby or was saved by Oro (i.e., was an orphan dying of illness and was saved by Oro's experiments). Either way, Mitsuki seems to really respect Oro as a parent.
