How open are you and your best friends?

I've known my two best friends since I was 5 years old. I rarely even think of them as my friends, I usually refer to them as my brothers. And I don't hide anything from them and I'd like to think vice versa since I know almost everything about them. There are very, very few things they don't know about me but not cause it's a secret, just hasn't been brought up.

My female best friend knows a little less about me but I'm pretty open with her too and she's open to me about everything. That's probably cause we're usually stoned together when we're hanging out but she pretty much tells me everything. But there are a few things that I'd rather her not know about me for now Lol

I tried all that, his family know about it but they kicked him out of the house and now he sleep on the streets because he steals things from the house and sells it for drugs
