That's debatable. I think that comes down to Base Bee vs Darui. I think Darui is a better fighter because he has shown more intelligence in analytical abilities, he has Black Lightning and he has a Kekkei Genkai (not to mention Suiton and Raiton).

I would say he would be a tad bit weaker than B, but quite a but smarter.

Overall, though Darui and Base Bee are irrevelent. The power is the hachibi.

Perfect Jink darui is probably slightly stronger than perfect jink konohamaru.

Now, if we consider v1 and v2 forms then its a different case, however, if we consider the strongest form v3 then they are equal.

N**** did you really just put Konohamaru and Darui on the same level, Konohamaru is like end of part 1 Naruto level, Darui is like around Part 1 3T Kakashi but slightly weaker imo.
