Well....maybe, it is very possible. I say no though because..I personally feel that Sasukes chakra output is not as powerful as Madaras. I believe just because he has PS doesn't make him Opd. Nao...I'm not coming down on Sasuke, if it is that strong cool...chalk another one up for the Uchihas.

It's like if you gave PS to someone with low chakra output would that PS be immensely destructive? Besides Sasuke has been fighting for a while nao. Idk tbh, but I still say equal to Narutos strongest Tbb. Not saying Sasuke has low chakra output, but I feel it's pretty far less impressive than Madaras.
