Easily Juubi jin level. The room is like a bubble of his imagination since he can do anything inside of it make people switch bodies etc. Also Law cut meteors and cut the top half of an island in half. Mountain level slashes makes the 5kage look like fodder so imagine what island level slashes would do to them.

Though without instant transmission or Hax Kamui, Law is pretty solid, as long as he avoids the water
