[Question] How old were the Quincies?

I have always wondered this, that how old were the quincies that fought in the war? I mean were they as old as the shinigamis in their decades or centuries or were they the age they appeared to be?

Yhwach is obviously more than 1000 years old (maybe immortal age since he is the son of the Soul King) but Quincys are humans so I don't think they are old as the Shinigami. But remember that the final arc had a lot of plot holes, Tite Kubo rushed the arc he was sick, shonen jump wanted him to finish the series already. Maybe if there is an anime adaptation of the final arc all those plot holes will be answered. Or maybe in the live actions.

Yhwach is 1200+ years old.
Jugram and Bazz are 1003+ years old.
Lille is between Yhwach and Jugram's age, since he is first who got schrift.
Gerard and Pernida are older then Yhwach since they are part of Soul King, as well as Gremmy, who is highly implied to be Soul King's brain.
As Nodt is probably in his 30/40s, since he was seen in modern hospital.
