When he wore the black flames mask it was when he controlled Kirigakure and he also attacked Konoha, how old Obito was at that time?

He was 13 when he "died" and was 14 when he attacked Konoha. Obito is currently the same age as Kakashi(30 years old) and the attack was 16 years ago making them both 14 when that happened.
