Minato is 16 years Tsunade's junior, Tsunade is now 54 so she was 38 when Naruto was Born which would make Minato 22 at the time of his death

Well databook says Jiraya became genin at 6 and it's at that age that Hiruzen became his master and around that age that he found Myoboukou, so it's possible or legit

He must have been 25-28; the manga implies that he was younger than 30 when he became Hokage, but would you take that as far to say that he was barely into his 20s?

Minato was as Jiraiya said once in a lifetime prodigy so he couldve started training with the toads at 7

and if you look at Team Minato you can tell Minato was quite young himself when he lead Kakashi and co.

The site is not official, but it shows some accurate points. It's about that i'm talking here. I believe Shikaku was from Minato's generation. They seemed to know each other pretty well and he was 25 during the kyubi attack, so again it's not that far-fetched to think Minato was younger

Yeah, I read on Narutopedia that it said that Minato became Hokage shortly before he became 30 years old... So I think he died when he was 32 years old.
