If he were that young, that mean the Ōtsutsuki Clan is very much alive and still popping babies out there in one of them dimensions.

Why would Toneri be on the moon at such a young age unless he was dropped off there.

But what I got in general about the otsutsuki clan is that they are basically uchiha and senju abilities combined. When Kaguya offspringed she provided one side being predominantly hyuuga while hagoromoo split into two clans.

So I'd like to know more about kinshiki and all the other original otsutsuki members.

I feel as if the Senju, Uchiha, Uzumaki & Hyuuga abilities are just watered down versions of theirs (otsutsuki's) after eating the fruit. But who knows?

I don't think Kaguya had a say in the matter of who got what out of her chakra but then again she probably did have a say because she constantly referenced that she SHARED her chakra purposely. So with that being said, what if Kaguya designed her children?
