Eh hard to say since I don't know how many times byakouyo (? Rip spelling) effects her physical appearance. Tsunade obviously used it more than shown in canon or to a greater extent to get her results, so perhaps sakura times using it wasn't as much/bad (didn't she use it like 2x?). She's probably still around 30~ physically

She is about 21
Tsunade is about 25 physically

In the anime Sakura is physically 12,
But chronologically she is like 35 she is older than sasuke who is older than Naruto who is older the hinata

Sakuras one time usage of creation rebirth didn't effect anything , she probably could have healed it with basic medical ninjutsu tbh. The wound was minor , she didn't even flinch
