All of the last generation parents were 40 when their kids were 12. ie Shikaku, Choza, Inochi, Shibi, Hiashi etc.

So I find it hard to believe that Naruto would be in his 30s, he'd be crazy young after the birth of his first child. Parents are always been in their mid to late 20s in having their first child in this manga, so imma say Naruto is 40.

Well thinking about it he turned 17 During the Fourth Ninja War

The Last was said to be 2 years after that? 19 Then

Gaiden is like 10 Years after the last right? Puts him exactly at 29.

Naruto turns 17 during the war, the last takes place 2 years later (17+2), and chapter 700 takes place 10 years after the last (19+10). I'd say that boruto came about a year after the last took place making him about 9 during chapter 700. Assuming bolt has grown a little, gaiden could be anywhere from 1-3 years after chapter 700. So I'm going to assume they are anywhere from 30-33

12 isn't the age of the graduation exams, that's just the age Naruto's gen graduated at but there is really no set age you graduate at.
