Because in Justice League, Gordon mentions that Batman has been fighting criminals for 20 years and I remember in Bvs Bruce tells Alfred "Im getting old"

I think he's meant to be in his mid-late 40s, since Batman canonically starts crime-fighting in his 20s.

Ha said 20 years in Gotham in BvS aswell. I think they made him older because he was younger in Nolan and Goyers trilogy. I would guess he is in his 40s but I don't know.
