How old do you think is Minato

A thread here on NB claims that he was 22 when he died, but that doesn't really make any sense to me.

Many fathers of Konoha 11 were 30 in the flashback such as Fugaku, and Itachi in the flashback was only 5.

It makes sense since Shikaku(who is from Minato's generation) was also father of Choji at that moment and he was 25 during the Kyubi's attack. So just that tell us that he couldn't have been older than 25. Minato who was considered as genius, i don't see why he couldn't have been even younger

When Kakashi was up for being assigned Hokage, one of the elders stated "Minato was even younger". So younger than 30(As Kakashi is 30) is confirmed.
