We can go out on a limb here and stretch the ages of madara and hashirama to around 30 when they fought in the latest chapters.
That gives them enough time to grow up become legends in their time and come together to form konohagakure.So probably a little over 80 years ?

The timeframe of naruto is relatively sketchy anytime before kakashi gaiden, and narutos birth. I think its stated roughly around itachi vs. sauske or when obito explains the origin of the leaf.

when madara and hashi fought that was 86 years ago, here they are children around 7 so add atleast 20 years to 86 thats about 106 years ago!!

if you remember, in the beginning of the manga when naruto was 14, it was mentioned several times that the fight between madara and hashirama at the valley of the end was "84" years ago, no?

since now naruto is 16 it means the battle was "86" years ago

and how old were hashi and madara at that fight? - at least 25 i would say

so 86 years ago hashi was around "25-30 years old"

obviously in this chapter he's much younger than that, so lets say his "18-20" years younger than he was at the valley of the end

20 + 86 = ?? === 106

at the time hashirama and madaras fight was mentioned naruto was 14 and it was 84 years ago, and anyway 12 or 14 it doesnt change the math.
