How often do you reboot your computer?

Do you reboot your laptop/desktop everyday or just put it to sleep/hibernate mode?

I use sleep all the time. I reboot if I have to update it.

Once a day. Usually put it on sleep mode, unless I won't use it for too many hours after I go out for the day.

I shut it down every day. It boots so fast and I don't download things overnight everyday.

Suspend if I am going to use it again after some minutes.
Shutdown if I am going to sleep or taking it somewhere.
I hibernate instead only when I have some work to be continued later, I dnt have SSD it takes long time to resume.
