You are saying that Hagoromo got his Rikudo Chakra from Kaguya, whereas Obito got his Rikudo Chakra from the Juubi. Now, who is the Juubi?
Okay, maybe Hagoromo has Rikudo Chakra naturally, but there's no reason not to think that Rikudo Chakra stays after loosing the Juubi.

That at all didn't refute what I said.

Hagoromo inherited Kaguya's Chakra, meaning, his main chakra source didn't come directly from sealing the Juubi inside him. Obito's did. Hagoromo simply attained more Rikudou Chakra + Senjutsu after sealing the Juubi inside of him.

Okay, maybe Hagoromo has Rikudo Chakra naturally, but there's no reason not to think that Rikudo Chakra stays after loosing the Juubi.

There's no reason to believe his Rikudou Chakra that he inherited would be lost when he didn't attain it from sealing the Juubi inside of him in the 1st place.
