How normal characters realize genjutsu

We have seen normal characters not sensors or have doujtsu yet they can tell if they were inside of genjutsu and break throgh
Or release the genjutsu off their partner .

HOW?

when has this happened?? Sakura has Inner Sakura and breaks genjutsu for others.. and herself..
Guy recognizes genjutsu.. its Genjutsu Release thing they got going on..
its like if the Genjutsu is kind of obvious and they notice something going on then they can release it quick enough..

Kakashi beign trapped in Tsukuyomi couldn't do anything although he knew it was genjutsu ahead of time.

I guess if its weak enough... it is your own vision and what not anyway..

like the stadium when Kabuto put everybody to sleep and some of them released genjutsu defense to stay awake..

not sure but i guess they can feel chakra distrubance due to genjutsu

Genjutsu is the illusionary world ..and the flow of chakra is disturbed in your body... The eyes which can see the flow of chakra inside others body and self can realise they're in genjutsu. For release of genjutsu someone or something should be inside of you or alongside of you.. Like tailed beasts and samehada..

logic and reasoning and knowing the abilities of their enemies like for example sharingan, kurama clan...

Well, sometimes stuff starts happening in genjutsu that is obviously not real (like when Itachi put Naruto into it and made it pretty obvious). But it doesn't mean they can always realize that they're in genjutsu, especially if it's realistic enough. At least I think so.

well when orochimaru has random spikes in his body he was like this probably isn't real
