how new clans started out..

the manga has conformed that the joining of the uchiha and senju meant the hidden leaf village was able to begin.
hashi also stated that other clans will join such as the sarutobi clan.
my question is, if the first two clans were made up from the eldest and youngest son of the SO6P then how did other clans form? because you cant just have a special KG out of no where...
if anyone knows the answer please comment

Here's my theory on it:

The So6p, as we all know, was not a God. Yes he was the God of Shinobi, but he didn't create all things. A lot of people get confused and think that he made chakra, which isn't the case. He simply discovered it, and taught others how to manipulate it. Everyone already had chakra in them. He just taught them how to use it to make jutsu.

As we know, every shinobi has charka, chakra nature, etc, even if they can't use it.

Now the Sage also created the ninja clan system, but I'm sure that there were families around even before the Sage came around. What most likely happened is that certain families natrually had certain qualities of chakra that were unique to their respective clans, so when the Sage came and showed everyone that they had chakra and taught them how to perform basic jutsu, eventually those family members learned that they could do more complex things that were specific to their type of chakra within their family.

That's how the various KGs came about, and how the Sage thought to create the nina clan system. He just simply grouped together the families based on their similar skills in jutsu and KG. That's why there are so many different KG. Because different groups of related people were able to perform feats that were only common to their specific family/group.

The Senju and Uchiha weren't exactly the first clans, they were just one of many groups of people who shared similar abilities from having similar genetics and chakra attributes, just like any other clan

As for where the other clans came from? I'd assume the rest of the ninja clans formed as families learned about chakra.

He got married right? So do u have any idea with whom? And is it impossible that his wife's side doesnt have any relatives? Or maybe he got other siblings? Who is his father btw? Maybe his father too had lots of relatives? OMG im starting to confuse myself.
