Sasuke can adjust his chakra percentage to match Naruto's rasengan with his sharingan, mangafact. So it was pretty convenient how his sharingan faded just before the clash. Not to mention the whole "he can't absorb ninjutsu and attack at the same time because he's inexperienced with the rinnegan" yet the dude could bust out 9 chibaku tenseis and solo glance with ease.

He still needs the same amount of chakra which he doesn't have plus his ems was active cause enton, get it together
