He will undo what the sage thought was right. He will remove all ninjutsu and tailed beasts from the Naruto world, so they'll be no wars over tailed beasts and power. Secondly, he will unite the great nations since all shinobi basically see him as a hero, and you can already see that Kishi has shown them progressively getting along better. Well that's my idea.
BTW: Doesn't the who gathering of the great nations seem similar to the new world order? Illumanti?
