bijuu sage mode together is able to counter all madara jutsu. naruto will be stronger if he is able to combine them.

I agree ,Naruto needs to combine those two but the thing is Kurama and Naruto both have to enter sage mode by synchronizing each others chackra not only that but the alliance need to back them up maybe Sasuke or the Kages can do it .
