Well, If sasuke does become hokage. then naruto should be kage of the hidden rain, i mean that village doesn't have a leader anymore(Konan is dead :/).

No it's quite simple naruto becomes the SO6P and become the kage of kages while sasuke becomes hokage... Just like avatar Rokou and fire lord ozai in the Avatar series

Tsunade is simply not the biggest fish in the sea (figuratively regarding power levels, she defeats everyone in else in OTHER ways ). Up against even a shadow of the S06P she is no contest sorry.
