How much would Chaos Magic affect the NV?

Do you think the Narutoverse could combined defeat a Chaos Magic user? Yknow, along the likes of Scarlet Witch or Wiccan.

Chaos Magic can bend reality, cast spells (have to chant it) and has truly terrible scale, able to venture into other universes and timelines. Chaos Magic is a dangerous force even in the Marvelverse but yet Scarlet Witch & Wiccan aren't even that high up on the list and aren't top-tier Marvel characters by any means.

This is because Chaos Magic is more restrictied by responsibility than actual power or skill. Using it clumsily could destroy time or the world or f*ck with the timeline. And yet Chaos Magic still caused events like M-Day where Scarlet Witch accidentally killed almost every mutant on the planet.

It's just general sorcery really but has the potential to change reality on a scary scale, time/matter/dimensions etc. you have to be careful with it otherwise you can destroy the universe. One character accidentally caused a genocide once by using it. But like, the individual characters aren't like top tier level strong.
