How much weaker is Kakashi without the Sharingan?

I think of hiruzen... Even though he can't copy anymore he's still smart as hell and has the experience to use that knowledge.

His father reached a level above any of the Sannin, so Kakashi could hypothetically reach that level even without the Sharingan.

Exactly this. There's a line in Kakashi Hiden where he literally admits to becoming way too reliant on it and that he had taken it for granted, forgetting it was only a temporary gift.

Kakashi isn't Hiruzen level, he could've been- but nah.

He's obviously still an elite ninja but now that he lost his Sharingan he's got to be much weaker.

For one Minato stated he can't use chidori without the Sharingan due to tunnel vision. Not only that but he lost Kamui, which was vital in Shippuden.

So now that he lost his two most powerful abilities is he still Kage level? Which shinobi does he stack up against?

Tsunade also said Sakura knows rasengan :sdo:
