Too bad for Sasuke that Obito was taught all of the Uchiha's Kinjutsu by Madara so would know how to evade it or break out. Itach stated it wasn't a jutsu to use in battle. Obito beats Sasuke low diff for the sheer fact that Obito knows everything Sasuke is capable of just like how he knew what Naruto's limit were while Sasuke have no knowledge on Obito who would Kamui behind him and impale him.

Only way Obito wins by Kamui is if he decapitates Sasuke with it.. otherwise Kamui is pointless, so Sasuke beats him.

No. Obito with Kamui is too fast for Sasuke's attacks, however, he won't be capable of warping Sasuke so in the end, Obito will just outlast him.
