Meh EMS Sasuke takes down MS Obito Mid Difference most. Amaterasu sweep gaze and Enton Variants are enough to force Obito to use up his 5 minutes time limit. After that, he's basically done. None of his fire techs are damaging PS and he certainty isn't grabbing Sasuke from inside Susano'o, as the chakra is directly connected to all the users.

Sasuke does not have FTG or even near the reactionary speed of Minato. Sasuke gets BFR one-shotted.

In any case it's a different situation. I believe what you're talking about was when Obito sneaked into the building where Kushina was giving birth and that can't even be compared to a 1v1 battle. Minato was focused on Kushina and had no idea and he didn't know there was an enemy after him.

If it's a 1v1 and Obito disappears, then Sasuke will know that Obito is probably trying to sneak up on him and keep his guard up. Even if he has some way of hiding his chakra Sasuke can still see him and he probably will before Obito even gets in range.

With intel of Obito's Kamui such as the way it works Sasuke wins pretty simple. 1 use of Amaterasu and once Obito is materealized to warp off the flames finish him with a Susanoo arrow.

If Obito tries to kamui Sasuke activating Complete Susanoo is enough to stop the warping process. Unless you believe Obito can warp something that's comparable to a Bijuu.
