These reanimated jinchuurikis did not have the actual tailed beasts inside them but were able to turn into them perfectly fine. Now the reason why they were able to is because they had the chakra of them. SO in conclusion if you have tailed beast chakra you can turn into them.

This guy is clearly dumbber than Naruto. Comparing the beasts in Naruto which all have their own consciousness and can regenerate with the little quantity Naruto gave to the alliance and was still controlling it. Even Ginkaku and Kinkaku that didnt have the consciousness of Kurama never ran out of chakra because they had enough of it to be considered as pseudo jins. The beasts are all in Naruto and they can regenerate as much as he can hold so he aint running out of chakra.

What's the difference? If they have their consciousness, it's the same as the Kyuubi.

The bijuu can think and act. So they can regenerate their own chakra.

It's like this:
Bijuu chakra without consciousness = can't regenerate

Bijuu chakra with conciousness = Oh, the chakra is almost done, better regenerate before I dissapear

Naruto is not going to run out of tailed beast chakra because he has half of Kurama a piece of Shukaku and a piece of Gyuuki in him aside from the chakra that the 6 other tailed beast gave him. The SO6P gave him the ability to "play with" the tailed beasts whenever he needs to because he befriended them, learned their names and gained their trust. He can speak to them in the same place that he spoke to Kurama all of these years. All hosts have a place they can access to speak to their tailed beasts.

I don't think SO6P would have given Naruto and Sasuke powers that could run out on them any minute in the middle of a war. That makes no sense at all. The sage knows as well as anyone else that things do not always turn out how you expect them to. He left the tablet as a warning and Madara thought of it as an invitation to try it out. I just can't see the sage doing something like that when he said however things turned out now were up to Sasuke and Naruto to figure out. I don't think he's waiting in the wings to snatch back their powers.

Its the same with yin and yang Kurama, different hosts, same person/demon.
