Funny enough, this inquiry was pointless. There's no prison that could possibly hold someone of Sasuke's power level at the moment. He and Naruto have gotten way too op. He'll just break out at any point he wishes to.

Did you not forget that they have Seals in their jail? They have seals to keep soldiers from using their ninjutsu or any form of techniques. Whether it has to do with Genjutus.

To be honest here, Gaara had more of an excuse to do the things that he did then Sasuke did. He's not the best example to compare Sasuke with, especially considering that he got over it, whereas Sasuke until this day still lives in the past and we still don't know what his plans quite are yet. It just makes Sasuke look much worse and doesn't help anyone else's argument, who is also claiming that he should get no prison time.

Gaara had to live for the 1st 13 years of his life listening to Shukaku tell him that he would annihilate him and the entire Sand village if he ever fell asleep, everyone in the village hated him, his father attempted to turn him into a weapon, he was told that no one loved him including his mother, and the person closest to him Yashamaru attempted to kill him and stated that he hated him. His own siblings were afraid of him. Even if he wanted to be mentally-sane, he couldn't, considering that he couldn't even get a good night's sleep once in his life and had to doze off for a few moments and then wake up again.

Meanwhile, Sasuke saw Itachi (who he was feeling some negativity/jealousy towards beforehand) carry out that S-Rank mission of his. However, he didn't know the majority of the clan that well, considering that he went to school everyday then came home to play with Itachi. The ones he was closest to were Itachi, then Mikoto, then Fugaku, then his aunt/uncle a little. The 3 people who affected him most were his immediate family. He saw Tsukiyomi for 24 hours, however, the massacre didn't even occur like that and that was a once-in-a-lifetime occurance (at least until it happened again at the hotel when Sasuke charged at Itachi, despite his warning). As soon as Itachi left, he made friends and was the most popular guy at school. Then, he got his revenge and went on that quest, which I don't blame him for.

The problem with Sasuke is that there are many ways for him to get what he wants, however, he chooses the least respectful way to complete his goals and hurts others in the process. Just because he had a somewhat saddening past doesn't give him a free pass to do what he wants and not give a care. Saying he's an Uchiha is a pitiful excuse as well, considering that his own brother who should have nearly identical genetics as he does didn't give in to hatred, even while having a much worse life than Sasuke did and suffering more.

No, I did not. I just happen to think that Sasuke's arsenal is a little more advanced than simply genjutsu (which he isn't the best at anyway) and ninjutsu.

Either way, if he received a sentence, he wouldn't even bother to enter the jail. He'd just leave and do as he wishes, something he's been doing throughout the entirety of this manga.

4. So he trespassed, was targeted by Ay, because his was supposedly allied with the enemy they sought to eradicate him without him aggressing anything.

Now, Sasuke's crimes amount to desertion, attempted kidnapping, about 10 consecutive murder charges, and ....trespassing. You r saying that stopping ET (Sasuke will get the credit for that) killing two well known akatsuki, killing Danzo the guy who is partially responsible for the 3rd's death and the lack of resistance in the Pain invasion, as well as his weighty contributions to the SA forces won't be enough to get Sasuke off scot free in a shonen manga about shinobi nations who commited treacherous acts on a regular basis even during times of Peace.
