I think it's been 2 weeks. I think there about 3 days from Pain to Gokage Summit. Then Naruto went to that island for a while, probably a week. He was on the island for a couple of days with Bee, then we had another day pass until the war starts. It's been about 2-3 days with the war so yeah, it's probably been 2 weeks. The pacing is so slow in this manga Lol
