Probably not that long. They can probably do a few pages in a day.

Depends on the skill, Manga draws characters/scenes in about 3 days. The support draw the background and then editing another 2-3 days. That's why some are weekly, others fortnightly and monthly. Varies from one person to another.

I believe Oda takes an hour 10 each page because of the detail. Inking takes around 50 minutes.
