How much stronger is the Kyubi from the Hachibi

The Nine tails has 20% of the total tail power.
The Eight Tails has 17.8% of the total.
The Seven Tails has 15.6% of the total.
The Six Tails has 13.3% of the total.
The Five Tails has 11.1% of the total.
The Four Tails has 8.9% of the total.
The Three Tails has 6.7% of the total.
The Two Tails has 4.4% of the total.
The One Tail has 2.2% of the total.

If we knew the exact power of any of these tail beasts or the ten tails we could easily calculate exact values for the power of each beast.

In that latest manga remember that Tobi has put rinnegan and sharingan in each jinchuuriki. Therefore the values above might be raise a bit.

Also the 2.2% difference between the Kyubi and the Hachibi could be alot dependent on what the total power is. 2.2% out of 10 or 10million.
