i will decline to say how strong he is. He is underrated, but that is the only compliment i will give him. He is the one and only character in naruto that i just cant stand(personality)(love akamaru lol)

His new move completely destroys the first gate and does significant damage to the 2nd one. With Kyubbi chakra, Kiba can probably destroy the three gates.
